Role: Client Acquisitions Specialist
About the Position:
Our organization specializes in providing invoice discounting services to MSMEs, enabling them to access cash quickly by selling their unpaid invoices to banks and financiers.
Your Responsibilities:
- Identify and acquire new corporate and MSME clients for our platform.
- Educate clients on the benefits of invoice discounting and its potential to improve cash flow.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with chief executive officers (CEOs), chief financial officers (CFOs), and other senior decision-makers.
- Collaborate with product, operations, and service teams to ensure seamless client experience and support their needs.
- Drive revenue growth by meeting sales targets and expanding our client base.
Requirements:
- 2-4 years of experience in sales/business development, preferably in banking, fintech, non-banking financial companies (NBFCs), or financial services.
- A degree in business administration or a related field, with knowledge of invoice/trade finance concepts.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ambitious, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
