Job Overview:

The primary objective of this role is to manage a group of customers to achieve sales target levels. To identify new business opportunities, while maintaining and expanding existing customer business for the assigned area.

The successful candidate will be responsible for owning relationships with direct and indirect business partners, driving channel partner performance to increase market reach, and managing account receivable collections within specified credit periods.

Additionally, they will be responsible as first line assessors of Credit worthiness of direct and indirect customers, conducting regular in-person follow-ups for business and maintaining relationships.

Compliance with all policies and demonstration of highest levels of ethics & integrity are essential for this role. They must also drive compliance to policies & processes amongst team members.

Responsibilities:
  • Direct Sales:
  • Develop new methods for mapping prospects, generating leads & driving sales deals with customers in Govt and Private.
  • Promote core products within prospective customer accounts.
  • Demonstrate products to qualified target accounts.
  • Conduct training workshops for Radiographers to enhance their skills.
  • Represent the company at key conferences in Radiology/Orthopedics and Veterinary in their territory.
  • Generate tenders and facilitate Govt tendering process.
  • Indirect (Channel) Sales:
  • Appoint and manage distributors/ channels for product range.
  • Plan and implement market coverage strategies based on business potential & growth.
  • Manage distributor performance review and targets achievement.
  • Develop and engage channel partners throughout the year.
  • Conduct quarterly Performance review and highlight critical issues faced by channels.
  • Conduct Sales Training Workshop for Channel partners every 6 months.
  • Account Management:
  • Develop and maintain long-term business relationships with customers to promote brand awareness and profitable business relationships.
  • Recommend products & solutions that fit well with customers' business needs.
  • Provide weekly, monthly sales forecasts to management.
  • Support in bringing up voice of customers to management, ensuring any customer issues are resolved satisfactorily.
  • Maintain accounts receivable to the desired level and take constant follow-up to close non-payment issues.
  • Regular updates on competition activity and report back to management.
  • Identify potentials for new business including new products and new channels to market.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
  • 4 – 6 years of experience in radiology or medical devices (Equipment and consumable combination sales or service).
  • Work experience in the field of Radiology or Healthcare/Medical Devices /Relevant Industry.
