Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Financial Compliance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our financial operations department, you will be responsible for handling various aspects of financial compliance, statutory filings, and company incorporations.

Your primary focus will be on ensuring timely and accurate financial operations, working closely with clients and internal teams to provide efficient business establishment solutions, legal licensing, and post-incorporation compliance support.

This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication skills to ensure seamless collaboration with stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience in company incorporation, licensing, and regulatory filings.
  • Proficiency in preparing and managing documentation for registrations, approvals, and legal compliance.
  • Ability to track application status and coordinate with government authorities for processing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to guide clients on statutory obligations and documentation related to company setup.
  • Timely filing of returns with the Registrar of Companies and preparation of GST, TDS, and Income Tax returns.
  • Maintaining accurate records of filings, transactions, and reports.
  • Identifying process improvements for operational efficiency.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce or relevant field.
  • Familiarity with GST filing, TDS, and relevant tax laws.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
