Compliance Professional Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Compliance Analyst to join our fast-growing financial services organization.

The role involves ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks, conducting compliance monitoring, risk assessments, and assisting in audits.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of financial regulations, attention to detail, and the ability to identify, assess, and mitigate compliance risks in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring, interpreting, and implementing regulatory guidelines relevant to the business.
  • Ensuring timely filings and reporting to regulators.
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of evolving compliance and regulatory requirements.
  • Conducting regular internal reviews and compliance risk assessments.
  • Identifying process gaps and proposing corrective actions.
  • Tracking remediation of compliance issues and ensuring timely closure.
  • Assisting in drafting, updating, and implementing compliance policies and procedures.
  • Maintaining accurate documentation for internal compliance controls.
  • Educating internal teams on compliance obligations through training and awareness programs.
  • Supporting internal, statutory, and regulatory audits.
  • Preparing compliance reports for senior management and regulatory bodies.
  • Acting as a point of contact for compliance queries across departments.

Requirements:

  • CA (Inter), CS, MBA (Finance)
  • 2–4 years of experience in compliance, internal audit, or risk management, preferably in the financial services sector.
  • Strong understanding of RBI, SEBI, FEMA, AML, and other financial regulations.
  • Experience with compliance monitoring tools and MS Excel-based reporting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented, analytical mindset with problem-solving ability.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
