Accounting Specialist PositionWe are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive accounting professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will execute day-to-day accounting functions, maintain accurate financial records, and ensure compliance across direct and indirect taxes.Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily accounting operations including journal entries, ledger maintenance, bank reconciliations, accounts receivable, accounts payable, vendor payments, and customer invoicing.
  • Ensure statutory compliance and timely filing of GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B), TDS payments, income tax provisions, and other applicable financial compliances.
  • Assist in preparation of monthly MIS reports, audit schedules, cash flow statements, and financial analysis.
  • Maintain proper documentation and records for audit and regulatory purposes.
  • Coordinate with external consultants on compliance and filing matters.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • B.Com is mandatory. CA Inter or semi-qualified CA is preferred.
  • 0–2 years of relevant experience in accounting and tax compliance.
  • A background in a CA firm or finance function can be beneficial.
Required Skills:
  • Technical knowledge: Sound understanding of Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) and basic financial controls.
  • Soft skills: High attention to detail and accuracy, hands-on experience with Tally ERP, problem-solving mindset, proficiency in MS Excel, effective communication, and teamwork.
