We are seeking a proactive and driven Account Manager to join our team in delivering exceptional results through client relationship management, sales outreach, and business development.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and satisfaction.
- Identify and engage potential leads through outbound and inbound channels, leveraging your skills in negotiation and interpersonal communication.
- Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions from our product/service portfolio, ensuring alignment with their business objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery for clients, promoting a seamless experience.
- Track and report sales activities, pipeline, and key performance metrics, providing actionable insights for growth and improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities, applying this knowledge to drive strategic decision-making.
- 1–3 years of experience in account management, sales, or business development, preferably within the SaaS domain.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach, and proficiency in CRM tools and sales software is a plus.
