Job Title: Client Success Associate

We are seeking a Client Success Associate to act as the key liaison between our company and clients. This role demands strong communication skills, problem-solving ability, and a deep understanding of client service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients.
  • Serve as primary point of contact for escalated client needs and inquiries.
  • Understand client goals and identify opportunities for upsell, cross-sell, or process optimization.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless client experiences.
  • Lead regular check-ins, performance reviews, and engagement reporting with clients.
  • Develop tailored engagement strategies to increase satisfaction and retention.
  • Track client feedback and implement improvements.
  • Mentor junior associates and contribute to team knowledge sharing.

Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience in client success, account management, or customer experience roles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple client relationships and meet KPIs.
  • Strong problem-solving and organisational skills.
  • Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Empathy, patience, and passion for creating positive client experiences.
