Contract Lifecycle Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our organization as a Contract Lifecycle Management Specialist. With 1–5 years of hands-on experience in configuring and managing contract lifecycle management (CLM) processes, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our organization.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Configure and maintain contract types, templates, and clause libraries within the Icertis platform to ensure seamless contract management.
  • Modify and manage configuration keys, business rules, and workflow logic to align with business requirements and optimize CLM processes.
  • Set up and maintain security groups, user groups, and role-based access controls to ensure secure and efficient access to contracts and related data.
  • Manage and update master data including suppliers, customers, and product catalogs to maintain accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Support P2P integrations and ensure seamless data flow between Icertis and ERP systems to streamline procurement and payment processes.
  • Create and manage associations between contracts, documents, and related entities to facilitate efficient contract management and reporting.
  • Execute and monitor bulk actions for mass updates and data corrections to maintain data integrity and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including legal, procurement, IT, and compliance to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Participate in requirement gathering, solution design, testing, and deployment phases to contribute to the development and implementation of innovative solutions.
  • Provide end-user support, training, and documentation to ensure effective onboarding and adoption of new technologies and processes.
