The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate financial record-keeping, preparing financial reports, conducting financial analysis, and managing accounts receivable. You will also liaise with external auditors, maintain accurate financial statements, and oversee end-to-end financial management for our portfolio of hotels and restaurants.

This role requires a qualified Chartered Accountant with 3–7 years post-qualification experience and a sound knowledge of hotel accounting, tax compliance, and financial controls. Prior experience in hospitality or multi-unit business is strongly preferred. Proficiency in ERP systems, hotel PMS (Opera, IDS, SAP, Oracle, etc.) and MS Excel is essential.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines. Effective communication and stakeholder management capabilities are also essential. Key Responsibilities:

  • Consolidate monthly and annual accounts across all hotels and F&B outlets.
  • Prepare MIS reports, variance analysis, and dashboards for management.
  • Manage statutory, tax, and internal audits specific to the hospitality industry.
  • Ensure compliance with IND-AS, GST, Income Tax, and hospitality sector-specific regulations.
  • Monitor cash flows, working capital, and treasury management at group level.
  • Support annual budgeting and reforecasting for each hotel unit.
  • Standardize accounting processes and internal controls across properties.
  • Liaise with banks, auditors, consultants, and regulatory authorities.
  • Provide actionable insights on cost management, revenue streams, and profitability improvement.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) with 3–7 years post-qualification experience.
  • Prior experience in hospitality / multi-unit business is strongly preferred.
  • Sound knowledge of hotel accounting, tax compliance, and financial controls.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems, hotel PMS (Opera, IDS, SAP, Oracle, etc.) and MS Excel.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
