Job Opportunity: Senior Financial Leadership Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Financial Leader to lead our financial operations.

This role offers significant ownership across financial reporting, compliance, ERP implementation, and strategic alignment.

The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with operational leadership to ensure robust financial governance and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage statutory compliance, internal audits, and financial controls in accordance with regulations and group standards.
  • Oversee the implementation, integration, and optimization of ERP systems.
  • Prepare and consolidate accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management teams.
  • Drive budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to inform business decisions.
  • Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial efficiency across the entity.
  • Negotiate with auditors, tax consultants, and financial institutions.
  • Support cross-border finance projects, policy rollouts, and regional reporting requirements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; professional certifications like CA, ACCA, or CPA required.
  • 6–9 years of finance experience, with proven ability to manage reporting, compliance, and ERP projects; prior team supervision a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS, tax laws, and ERP systems.
  • Ability to manage compliance, reporting, and operational finance in a multinational context.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
