Job Opportunity: Senior Finance Manager

We are seeking an experienced finance professional to lead our financial and accounting department. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing the company's financial strategy, managing financial controls and accounting procedures, and ensuring full transparency about the company's financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth.
  • Manage financial risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide advice on how to increase revenue and reduce costs.
  • Effectively communicate financial information to stakeholders.
  • Pose action plans to ensure that annual financial objectives are attained.
  • Support the Business Head with the preparation of monthly and annual financial plans.
  • Coordinate and produce all tax documentation as required.
  • Manage IT systems, including SAP.
  • Plan and manage all financial requirements of the company.
  • Maintain a high level of technical acumen in finance and data analysis.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Candidate should be a qualified Chartered Accountant with 12-15 years of experience in finance and accounting.
  • Knowledge of Indian and US Taxation laws is mandatory.
