Senior Financial Leadership Role

This is a senior position that offers high visibility with Senior Finance stakeholders, requiring excellent and proactive communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor the FP&A team, ensuring their development and performance.
  • Ensure the team provides exemplary support to onshore and business stakeholders.
Expert Knowledge Areas:
  • Strategic Planning & Business Partnering: Work closely with senior management to develop and execute long-term financial plans.
  • Financial Planning & Forecasting: Oversee the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes.
  • Financial Modelling and Analysis: Development of financial models, conducting in-depth financial analysis.
  • Reporting & Communication: Preparation of and presentation of financial reports.
  • Performance Management and Improvement: Drive improvements in financial processes, systems, and reporting capabilities.

For this role, we require a qualified Chartered Accountant or MBA Finance with 15 to 20 years of post-qualification experience. Additionally, at least 5 years in leadership roles are expected.

  • Proven ability to manage, guide, and supervise a team of ~30 FTEs.
  • Excellent knowledge of current regulations including IFRS, UK GAAP.
  • Good knowledge of core financial systems and general accounting procedures.
