Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to lead our Human Resources team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment process, designing company policies and setting objectives for the HR team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Setting goals for the HR team and tracking progress
  • Implementing performance management systems to drive employee development and growth
  • Defining metrics for performance review and appraisals
  • Designing and implementing policies that promote a healthy work environment
  • Crafting talent acquisition strategies to build strong pipelines for future hiring needs
  • Implementing innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent
  • Discussing employees' career development paths with managers
  • Monitoring HR metrics (e.g. turnover rates and cost-per-hire)
  • Utilizing data and analytics to drive HR decision-making and improve processes
  • Collaborating with leadership to align HR strategies with overall business goals
  • Organizing continuous learning and development programs for the teams
  • Addressing employees' requests and grievances in a timely manner
  • Driving regular employee engagement and retention efforts
  • Leading the way in implementing change initiatives related to culture, performance, recognition, and policies

Job Requirements

Requirements and skills:

  • Proven 4+ years of work experience as a HR Manager or similar role
  • Hands-on experience with Human Resources Management Software (including payroll systems, PMS and ATS)
  • Excellent communication abilities
  • Leadership skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth work environment
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach to daily tasks and responsibilities
  • Minimum of a Master's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Personnel Management
