Job Title: HR Operations Manager

The role of the HR Operations Manager will be to oversee the delivery of efficient and scalable HR services across global operations. This involves driving transformation through process standardization, data-driven insights, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, payroll, benefits, and employee lifecycle processes.
  • Ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery aligned with defined SLAs and KPIs.
  • Oversee HR helpdesk operations to ensure timely resolution of employee queries.

Process Excellence & Standardization

  • Drive harmonization of HR processes.
  • Implement automation and scalability using platforms like SAP SuccessFactors.

Compliance & Governance

  • Ensure compliance with global labor laws and regulations.
  • Conduct periodic audits and risk assessments to uphold operational integrity.

Team Leadership & Collaboration

  • Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and service excellence.
  • Collaborate with regional HR leaders and business stakeholders to align operational goals with strategic priorities.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Leverage analytics tools to generate actionable insights on workforce trends and service performance.
  • Deliver dashboards and reports to support data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 6+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a GBS or shared services environment.
  • Strong expertise in HR systems, process automation, and service delivery models.
  • Proven leadership in managing cross-functional teams.
