Global IT Program Leader

Driven by innovation and digital transformation, we're seeking a seasoned Program Manager to spearhead the delivery of global IT programs.

This strategic role requires exceptional governance, planning, and stakeholder management expertise to drive business excellence across regions. You will standardize processes, own reporting, align stakeholders, and help mature our portfolio discipline.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in program management for global IT within IT services or professional services firms. PMP certification is mandatory, along with proven delivery of multi-region programs with a follow-the-sun operating rhythm.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Establishing PMO standards, including charters, stage gates, RACI, RAID, dependency maps, change control, and benefits tracking.
  • Creating integrated master schedules, critical path analyses, and resource plans across time zones; running weekly cadence meetings.
  • Building and tracking budgets and forecasts; managing capital expenditures (CAPEX), operating expenses (OPEX), accruals, and vendor statements of work (SOWs); analyzing variances and creating corrective plans.
  • Developing portfolio dashboards using Power BI or Tableau; maintaining a single source of truth.
  • Collaborating with engineering, data/ML, security, and finance teams; preparing steering committee packs; managing decisions, actions, and escalations.
  • Enforcing software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile controls; ensuring documentation, audit readiness (SOC 2/ISO 27001 evidence), and change-management baselines.

Requirements:

  • Strong command of SDLC, Agile/Scrum & Waterfall/Hybrid; stage-gate governance.
  • Familiarity with tools like Jira/Confluence, Azure DevOps, MS Project/Smartsheet, Power BI/Tableau, M365/Google Workspace.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive reporting skills.
