Job Summary

MRI Software is seeking a seasoned professional to lead the Lease Abstraction Team.

The ideal candidate will oversee the daily functions of the team, ensuring seamless execution of projects and fostering a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Local Managed Services team in India, providing guidance and support for employees.
  • Collaborate with global Business leaders to build and support the Managed Services team in India.
  • Drive global integration and standardisation by working with Managed Services Department Service Offering Leadership.
  • Develop and implement policies, standard operating procedures, and training programs to improve performance and productivity.
  • Contribute to MRI's Services strategic plans and objectives, delivering technology initiatives that support organisational growth.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years' experience in Lease Abstraction or related field, managing a global team or other relevant leadership experience.
  • Proven track record of managing abstraction projects, resolving issues, and improving processes.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, planning, motivation, coaching, and cross-team collaboration skills.
  • Experience with other business SaaS offers a plus.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in business management or related field; Masters preferred – and/or relevant qualification and/or relevant experience.
