Senior Financial Analyst - Real Estate

We seek a skilled financial analyst to join our team and provide expert support in real estate financial modeling, valuation, and analysis.

  • Support clients with expertise in operating and non-operating cash flow modeling, levered and debt cash flow, JV & waterfall, multifamily, office, industrial, and retail assets classes.
  • Develop Argus valuation models, lease abstracting, lease review, audit, cash flow, and rent roll analysis.
  • Perform valuations using income capitalization approach (DCF & direct capitalization), sales comparison approach, and cost approach.
  • Model REIT income statement and balance sheet, understanding revolver, interest expense, circularity, future development, FFO & CAD, and building and auditing REIT valuation and NAV models.
  • Prepare pitch books, information memorandums, industry studies, company profiles, and discussion documents.
  • Conduct M&A deal run and target screenings using databases like Greenstreet, RCA, Argus, Costar, Capital IQ, PitchBook, Mergermarket, and FactSet.
Requirements:
  • Post-Graduation in Finance or equivalent qualification (CFA, MBA (finance), CA).
  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in Investment banking space or commercial real estate valuation.
  • Strong statistical and analytical skills to assess economic performance/analysis of companies and industries for clients.
  • Ability to work independently and possess management/leadership skills to run research on a day-to-day basis.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills with experience in client handling.
  • Working knowledge of databases like Bloomberg, Capital IQ, Thomson Research, FactSet.
  • Well-versed with MS Office suite, especially Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power Point.
