As a leader in operational management, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple centers within a designated cluster.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Governance: Ensure the consistent implementation of organizational policies and procedures, manage resources effectively, and foster a collaborative environment.
  • Program Development & Coordination: Oversee the development and execution of programs across the cluster, collaborate with team leaders to align programs with beneficiary needs and organizational goals.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Liaison with internal stakeholders for operational requirements, cultivate and maintain strong relationships with community partners and external stakeholders.
  • Team Management: Train, mentor, and develop team leaders and support staff within the cluster, promote professional development and teamwork.
  • Resource Optimization: Manage resources efficiently, monitor and optimize resource allocation, including staffing, supplies, and equipment.
  • Documentation, Compliance and Quality Assurance: Prepare regular reports on program outcomes, maintain comprehensive documentation of program activities and impact, and implement quality assurance measures.
