Senior SAP S/4HANA Project Manager

The key to success in this role is leading and managing SAP S/4HANA projects from initiation through to delivery, ensuring alignment with business processes and strategic transformation goals. The Senior Project Manager will oversee upgrades to RISE with SAP, manage third-party system integrations, and ensure smooth adoption of new solutions across the organization.

This project delivers streamlined, compliant, and integrated business processes to enhance efficiency and support long-term growth.

Responsibilities:
  • Project Leadership: Manage SAP S/4HANA projects, focusing on upgrades, integrations, and process improvements.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with stakeholders to capture requirements, align solutions with business needs, and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
  • System Testing and Support: Coordinate testing, pre go-live readiness, cutover, and post go-live support for successful delivery with minimal business disruption.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies, driving adoption of resolutions across business and IT teams.
  • Process Mapping and Compliance: Oversee process mapping, documentation, and compliance management according to pharmaceutical standards (e.g., GxP).
  • Integration Efforts: Support integration efforts with third-party systems and interface solutions.
  • Knowledge Transfer: Provide training and knowledge transfer to cross-functional business and technical teams.
  • Investigative Lead: Analyze system or process issues and drive structured solutions.
  • Project Governance: Ensure effective project governance, reporting, and communication with all stakeholders.
