Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR & Admin Manager to join our team in Hyderabad. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic individual who can provide strategic support to our leadership team and contribute to the growth and development of our organization.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management, with experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, employee engagement, and administration. They will be responsible for providing expert advice on people-related matters, managing end-to-end recruitment processes, driving onboarding, performance management, and career development initiatives, as well as designing and implementing employee engagement and retention strategies.

In addition to their technical skills and knowledge, the successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels. They will also be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
  • Experience in developing and implementing HR Policies
  • Knowledge of Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
  • Prior experience in an administrative and business development role is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
