Cloud Sales Strategy Specialist

Job Description:

  • You will be responsible for driving the cloud business, pipeline, and booking for the EMEA and APAC region.
  • Function as the cloud SME for the sales team and customers/prospects.
  • Liaise with internal teams to identify industry trends, new offerings, and align sales strategy/campaigns.
  • Understand market needs to drive the cloud strategy for the region.
  • Identify strategic sales initiatives based on current/future technology needs.
  • Deliver technical cloud sales presentations to executive levels and assist in proposal preparation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in financial services cloud sales or at a financial institution/software vendor/consulting role in the cloud space.
  • Experience selling enterprise cloud/SaaS application software solutions (application plus services).
  • Complex software sales cycle experience.
  • Ability to position the company's products/services in the marketplace.
  • AWS/cloud certifications a plus.
  • Revenue recognition, contract negotiation, and excellent communication skills.
  • Proactive customer-focused approach.
