You will work directly with our CEO and leadership team, ensuring strategic priorities are executed with speed and efficiency.

  • Attend key leadership meetings, capture insights, and drive seamless follow-ups.
  • Play a critical role in aligning teams across geographies, facilitating collaboration between different offices.
  • Take ownership of smaller meetings and operational dependencies on behalf of the CEO, leading them independently and ensuring closure.
  • Work on founder-led special projects, business performance tracking, and cross-functional coordination.
  • Manage critical communications and stakeholder interactions across levels.
  • Support the CEO with travel planning, meeting preparation, and post-meeting follow-ups.

As a result, you will gain 360° exposure to strategy, operations, business expansion, and execution. You will build expertise across sales, delivery, engineering, HR, and operations. You will lead projects and initiatives that directly shape the company's growth.
