Financial Planning & Analysis Leader

We are seeking a seasoned Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) leader to drive our organization's strategic growth and financial discipline. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in FP&A, with experience in building and delivering financial models, dashboards, and investor-grade reports.

As the key architect of our finance function, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end FP&A ownership across multiple brands, models, and markets. You will build and deliver brand-wise, channel-wise P&L (accrual basis) weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually. This includes tracking and presenting EBITDA, PAT, unit economics (CM2/CM3), CAC:LTV, burn vs runway.

You will lead annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and financial models that support strategic decisions. Additionally, you will run deep variance analysis: budget vs actuals, spend vs ROI, campaign vs CAC. Your role will also involve partnering with Growth, Product, Ops, and Marketing leads to translate numbers into action.

To ensure seamless communication of financial insights, you will develop board-ready dashboards for CEO/COO with clean, decision-driving insights. Furthermore, you will evaluate new business lines, partnerships, and investments with ROI and risk frameworks. Ensuring audit-ready records and historical financial continuity since company inception is crucial to your success.

The ideal candidate must have a proven record of building financial models, dashboards, and investor-grade reports. Fluency in Zoho Books/QuickBooks + Excel (advanced) + BI tools (Looker, PowerBI, Tableau) is necessary. A sharp understanding of D2C economics: CAC, ROAS, LTV, gross margin, OPEX is essential. Business-first mentality, self-starter attitude, and detail-obsessed nature are highly valued traits.
