Job Title: Strategic Finance Professional

The company is seeking a highly skilled finance professional to join its leadership team. In this role, you will provide strategic financial insights to drive key business decisions.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of financial regulations and taxation, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. They will be able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to align financial strategies with business objectives.

  • You will oversee financial operations, including cost accounting, accounts payable & receivable, general ledger management, financial reporting, auditing, and taxation.
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Establish and maintain strong internal controls to safeguard the company's financial health.
Requirements:
  • Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.
  • 4+ years of experience in a finance role, preferably in real estate, PropTech, or a high-growth startup.
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations, compliance, and taxation.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively across departments.
