The Growth Accelerator role at Finocontrol is a dynamic position that drives revenue growth across both Business-to-Consumer (B2C) and Business-to-Business (B2B) segments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, growth strategies, and consulting with an MBA/PGDM from a top-tier B-School such as IIMs, ISB, XLRI, FMS, SPJIMR, or MDI.

As a Growth Accelerator, you will be responsible for driving direct sales growth in B2C training and certification enrollments, developing and executing growth strategies for B2B segments, including universities, corporates, and consulting clients. You will support pricing, partnerships, and revenue model innovation to maximize outcomes.

Key responsibilities include identifying and onboarding new corporate and institutional partners, preparing proposals, partnership decks, memoranda of understanding, and revenue share agreements. You will conduct market analysis to identify high-potential opportunities and ensure a seamless student enrollment experience with high conversion and retention rates.

You will work closely with clients to leverage cross-sell and up-sell opportunities, collect success stories and testimonials, and track ROI for clients/partners. Additionally, you will collaborate with the marketing team on digital campaigns for lead generation, design outreach campaigns, and maintain dashboards tracking revenue, lead funnels, customer acquisition cost, lifetime value, and return on investment.

A successful Growth Accelerator will provide weekly growth performance reports to the Founder's Office and suggest new growth hacks and insights backed by data. If you are a driven professional with a passion for growth and a talent for strategy, we encourage you to apply.

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Strong analytical, communication, and persuasion skills
  • An MBA/PGDM from a top-tier B-School such as IIMs, ISB, XLRI, FMS, SPJIMR, or MDI
  • Fresh MBAs with 0–1 year of experience or prior internships in sales, growth, or consulting
