Lead Generation Manager

A strategic lead generation manager role has become available in our organization. As a key member of the marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing demand generation plans across both outbound and inbound channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • We are looking for a results-driven professional to manage our end-to-end demand generation function, driving pipeline growth through targeted campaigns.
  • You will own Aereo's Webinars, Email Campaigns, Ads, Google Ads, Events, SEO-driven inbound strategies, and Account-Based Marketing (ABM), collaborating with content and design teams to launch high-impact campaigns aligned with buyer personas and decision journeys.
  • Track and report on marketing KPIs including MQLs, SQLs, CAC, funnel conversion, and ROI, continuously optimizing campaigns through A/B testing, data analysis, and market insights.
  • Oversight of CRM, marketing automation, and website performance tools ensures efficient use and effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • We require a candidate with 3–7 years of experience in B2B lead generation, demand generation, or growth marketing roles, showcasing a proven track record of driving pipeline growth for SaaS, enterprise tech, or B2B services.
  • Experience managing webinars, email campaigns, Ads, Google Ads, events, and inbound strategies is essential, as well as proficiency in CRM, HubSpot, or similar platforms, and campaign performance tools.
  • Candidates with exposure to international markets, such as GCC, Brazil, and Australia, have a significant advantage.
