
Demand Generation Director

This is a key leadership position within our organization, responsible for driving demand generation strategies that yield tangible results.
You will lead the development and implementation of end-to-end demand generation campaigns across multiple channels, including paid media, search engine marketing, content syndication, email, social media, webinars, and virtual/in-person events. Your objective will be to build awareness, generate qualified leads, and accelerate pipeline across priority verticals.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, project management expertise, and exceptional analytical, communication, and stakeholder alignment abilities. They will also have a proven track record in designing, implementing, and measuring full-funnel demand generation strategies, as well as evaluating campaign performance through metrics such as A/B testing, attribution models, lead velocity, and ROI.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute integrated demand generation strategies that drive pipeline growth and revenue expansion
- Design and launch multi-channel campaigns across paid media, SEM, content syndication, email, social media, webinars, and virtual/in-person events to achieve quarterly pipeline and revenue goals
- Collaborate with Sales, SDRs, and Partner Marketing teams to ensure alignment on GTM objectives, campaign messaging, ICP targeting, and funnel acceleration tactics
- Evaluate campaign performance through A/B testing, attribution models, lead velocity, and other relevant metrics to optimize programs in real-time
You will also be responsible for leading Account-Based Marketing (ABM) efforts, focusing on strategic enterprise accounts. This will involve designing and executing personalized campaigns across digital, email, direct mail, and field channels, leveraging firmographic, technographic, and intent data for targeting and messaging.
Key ABM Responsibilities:- Design and execute 1:1, 1:few, and 1:many ABM campaigns for strategic enterprise accounts in collaboration with Sales, Solution Engineering, and Practice teams
- Leverage firmographic, technographic, and intent data for targeting and messaging in ABM campaigns
- Track and report on ABM performance, pipeline influence, and ROI using tools like HubSpot
A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent advanced degree is strongly preferred.
