Job Description\

We are seeking a skilled Demand Generation Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for developing and executing multi-channel demand generation strategies that drive pipeline growth, customer acquisition, and revenue expansion.

\Key Responsibilities:\
  • Develop scalable demand generation engines that span inbound and outbound tactics, product-led growth, and account-based marketing (ABM) motions.
  • Drive pipeline growth through digital channels, including search engine optimization (SEO), paid social, email, display, and community engagement.
  • Tailor campaigns to persona-specific pain points and buying journeys using data-driven insights and segmentation.
\Requirements:\
  • 5-8+ years of B2B SaaS experience in demand generation and growth marketing.
  • Deep familiarity with the Salesforce ecosystem, including Marketing Cloud and Pardot.
  • Proven expertise with generative AI tools in marketing contexts, such as ChatGPT and Copy.ai.
  • Demonstrated success driving pipeline growth and exceeding key performance indicator (KPI)-based goals.
