Drive sales growth by developing and managing a network of franchise partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage the franchise network to achieve sales targets.
- Identify prospective franchise partners and conduct feasibility assessments.
- Negotiate franchise agreements and monitor sales performance.
- Analyze trends, implement corrective action plans, and provide ongoing support to franchisees.
- Market Intelligence:
- Gather competitor data, track market developments, and feedback insights to drive strategic initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or franchise/channel development roles.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong analytical abilities with a data-driven decision-making approach.
- Good understanding of pharmaceutical products, regulatory norms, and market dynamics.
