Job Title: UAT Test Manager

Key to our organization's success is a smooth User Acceptance Testing (UAT) process. We seek an experienced UAT Test Manager to lead this critical effort.

The ideal candidate will collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless end-to-end functionality for Sales - CRM teams and users.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Define the scope of UAT, its objectives, and success criteria, aligning them with Sales - CRM workflows.
  • Develop comprehensive UAT test plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure testing goals align with Sales - CRM operations.
  • Oversee the creation and execution of test cases based on business requirements.
  • Ensure thorough coverage of critical Sales - CRM processes, such as lead management, opportunity tracking, quote generation, and CRM integrations.
  • Lead and mentor UAT testers and business users to achieve excellent results.
  • Coordinate cross-functional testing efforts and manage dependencies effectively.
  • Track, analyze, and escalate defects in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate closely with development and QA teams for resolution.
  • Provide regular status updates and reports to key stakeholders.
  • Facilitate UAT sign-off and ensure stakeholder alignment.
  • Ensure that the UAT environment accurately mirrors production conditions.
  • Manage test data preparation and validation efficiently.
  • Adhere strictly to regulatory standards, including GDPR and SOX.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of test results, issues, and resolutions.
