Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a results-driven leader to oversee our Inside Sales team and drive sales excellence.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Inside Sales Executives to meet and exceed targets.
  • Monitor daily activity (calls, leads, conversions) and enforce discipline in sales processes.
  • Coach team members through role plays, feedback sessions, and performance reviews.
  • Analyze sales data, prepare reports, and share insights with management.
  • Manage CRM hygiene and ensure accurate data entry, follow-ups, and compliance.
  • Handle escalated client interactions with confidence and professionalism.
  • Build a positive, competitive, and supportive team environment.
  • Contribute to hiring, training, and development of sales counsellors.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2–3 years of proven sales experience in BPO, international process, or financial services.
  • Prior team leader/supervisory experience with a sales team is preferred.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to inspire.
  • Excellent spoken English (neutral accent).
  • Hands-on with CRM systems, Excel, and data tracking.
  • Ability to manage pressure, handle objections, and drive consistent results.
  • Willingness to work a permanent night shift.
  • Graduate degree or higher.
