As a sales professional, you will provide accurate information on migration pathways, build and maintain strong client relationships, and oversee a team of administrative staff. You will handle and convert new leads into clients through effective consultation and communication, while ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:

- Provide accurate information on migration pathways, including partner, parent, temporary, permanent, and GSM visas.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring excellent customer service.
- Manage, mentor, and supervise administrative staff to ensure smooth operations and productivity.
- Collaborate with management to achieve sales targets and business growth.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of migration services, policies, and procedures.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales or client services, preferably in migration, education, or related industries.
- Strong knowledge of Australian visa categories (partner, parent, temporary, permanent, GSM).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a small team.
- Organised, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Strong problem-solving and client-handling abilities.
