About the Role

We are seeking a Hotel Sales Associate to work in this full-time position. As a Hotel Sales Associate, you will generate revenue by attracting and booking guests, handle inquiries, and provide excellent customer service.

  • Manage reservations and coordinate with travel agents
  • Conduct sales calls and create promotional materials
  • Meet sales targets and maintain relationships with existing clients
  • Identify new business opportunities and work independently or as part of a team

This role requires sales and marketing skills relevant to the hospitality industry, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and proficiency in using reservation and booking software. A bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Marketing, or a related field is required. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
