Job Title: Human Resource Business Partner Manager

The main objective of the Human Resource Business Partner Manager role is to lead HR operations effectively and efficiently, ensuring smooth management of all HR activities. This position involves resolving employee queries and concerns promptly while maintaining strict compliance with labor laws and organizational policies.

  • Key responsibilities include resolving employee queries and concerns in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with labor laws and organizational policies, implementing and enforcing disciplinary actions, maintaining low attrition rates, and driving employee engagement initiatives.

Facilitating collaboration between cross-functional teams to drive employee engagement initiatives, recording minutes, action points, and responses, and tracking progress are also essential aspects of this role.

In addition to these duties, the individual must ensure timely sign-offs of Key Result Areas (KRAs) from new employees and during role changes, as well as coordinate and complete regular performance appraisals.

Maintaining adherence to training plans and performance improvement initiatives, conducting exit interviews, analyzing employee turnover trends, proposing corrective actions, focusing on employee retention, and working on branding and intelligence initiatives are also important tasks for this position.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as a thorough understanding of labor laws, are required to excel in this role. Experience in handling employee relations, engagement, and retention initiatives, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills, are also necessary.
