Financial Advisor

Job Description:

  • Acquire new clients by leveraging our network and identifying potential trading opportunities.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase customer acquisition and retention.
  • Participate in lead generation programs, such as the Local Area Program (LAP), to source new business leads.
  • Collect margin cheques/stocks from clients in a timely manner and ensure they are captured/banked efficiently.
  • Generate daily trading volumes and profitability for clients and the company.
  • Execute transactions in Equities (Cash and Derivatives), Currency & Commodities, and ensure efficient order management based on customer requests.
  • Identify and pursue sales opportunities for third-party products, including Health Insurance, SIPs, Life Insurance, Mutual Funds, and other related services.
  • Collaborate with various departments, including RMS, Activation Team, Surveillance, and others, to ensure smooth branch operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of financial markets and trading strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in using relevant software and tools.
