Technical Leadership Position

We are seeking an experienced professional to serve as a trusted solution advisor, providing strategic input and business alignment for Identity & Access Management (IAM) initiatives.

This role demands deep technical expertise, strong business understanding, and exceptional communication skills. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing thought leadership on IAM concepts to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Representing the organization at industry events, webinars, and client workshops.
  • Driving IAM solution architecture discussions, tailoring recommendations to specific business requirements and industry use cases.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape go-to-market strategies, define IAM business cases, and support proposal creation. Your ability to translate business challenges into IAM use cases, aligning solutions with regulatory, security, and operational needs, is essential.

Additionally, you will partner with clients to define IAM roadmaps, assess maturity, and lead IAM assessments or advisory engagements. Staying updated on IAM market trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory requirements is crucial in informing solution strategy.

Your mentorship and guidance to technical architects, consultants, and junior staff within the practice are also key aspects of this role.
