Telecaller Job Role
Job Description:As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective or existing customers. Your role will involve providing information about our company’s products and services, addressing customer inquiries, generating leads, and scheduling appointments.
- You will make a high volume of outbound calls daily to potential customers, existing clients, or survey participants from provided databases or lead lists.
- You will clearly and accurately communicate information about our company's products, services, special offers, or events to callers.
- You will identify and qualify potential leads by gathering essential information and assessing their interest or needs.
- You will schedule and confirm appointments for the sales team, field representatives, or other relevant departments as required.
- You will address basic customer inquiries and resolve minor issues, directing complex queries to the appropriate department.
- You will conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads, confirm appointments, or ensure customer satisfaction.
- You will accurately update and maintain call records, customer information, and lead status in the CRM system or designated database.
- You will strive to consistently meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call volume, lead generation, or appointment setting targets.
- You will collect customer feedback and contribute to identifying recurring issues or areas for process improvement.
