We are seeking a proactive and organized individual to support our growth efforts as an Outreach Specialist. This role will involve reaching out to potential clients, initiating conversations, and booking qualified appointments for the sales team.

In this position, you will conduct outbound reachouts via phone, email, and other channels to engage with prospects and tailor outreach to improve engagement.

You will work closely with the team to test and refine outreach strategies, keeping accurate records of outreach activity and progress in the CRM.

This is a remote opportunity with the potential to convert into a full-time role. As an Outreach Specialist, you will be part of a collaborative team environment and have the opportunity to develop your skills in sales outreach and marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound reachouts via phone, email, and other channels to engage with prospects.
  • Tailor outreach to improve engagement and build strong relationships with potential clients.
  • Nurture early-stage conversations and book appointments for the sales team.
  • Keep accurate records of outreach activity and progress in the CRM.
  • Collaborate with the team to test and refine outreach strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of social media, marketing, or sales outreach (preferred).
  • Proactive, organized, and eager to learn.
  • Comfortable working in a remote team environment.
