Job Title: Academic Coordinator

A key role in our organization is the Academic Coordinator. This individual plays a pivotal part in facilitating academic activities for coaching programs in technical disciplines, including engineering, polytechnic, diploma, and related streams.

  • The primary responsibility of this position lies in coordinating academic activities to ensure seamless execution of live sessions and recorded lectures.
  • This requires effective planning, preparation, and maintenance of academic calendars, timetables, and class schedules.

In addition to these tasks, the Academic Coordinator acts as a liaison between trainers, students, and management to maintain academic flow.

This role also involves:

  • Oversight of curriculum implementation, content development, and review.
  • Collaboration with subject matter experts to ensure alignment with the latest syllabus and exam trends.
  • Curriculum improvements to optimize student performance.

An ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
  • 2-4 years of experience in academic coordination, preferably in PSC/competitive exam training.
  • Strong knowledge of Technical PSC syllabus, exam structure, and preparation methodologies.
  • Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
