Senior Leader for Business Growth

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to drive business growth through effective retention strategies.

About the Role

This is a senior leadership position responsible for developing and implementing initiatives to improve surrender and FLC retention rates. The successful candidate will work closely with branch operations, distribution, and call center teams to ensure seamless coordination and execution of key strategies.

The role requires a deep understanding of surrender, autopay, renewals, and persistency, as well as excellent communication, document creation, and presentation skills. A strong track record of experience in persistency, renewal collections, and surrender retention functions/processes is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to improve surrender and FLC retention rates
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of initiatives
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Drive initiatives to improve process efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer experience
Requirements:
  • Minimum 9-10 years of experience in persistency, renewal collections, and surrender retention functions/processes
  • Knowledge/Understanding of Surrender, Autopay, Renewals & Persistency
  • Excellent communication, document creation, and presentation skills
  • Strong PR skills and ability to get work done from other departments
