Top-Level Accounting Expertise Sought

We are looking for a seasoned accounting professional to join our team as a Director, leading the Accounting and Reporting Consulting (ARC) group. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing expert technical accounting advisory services to clients.

You will work closely with senior stakeholders, collaborate with other Partner & Directors, and mentor junior staff to develop and maintain client relationships. Your strong domain knowledge, project management skills, business development expertise, and exceptional people skills will enable you to excel in this role.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in technical accounting and financial reporting, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results under pressure. You will work with top-tier clients across various markets and industry sectors, handling complex and challenging situations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to business development initiatives and participate in proposal development
  • Manage client relationships and ensure timely delivery of projects
  • Lead cross-functional teams on large-scale projects
  • Provide expert advice on complex accounting issues
  • Support clients with new accounting standards implementation and financial reporting
  • Analyze client financial data and provide actionable recommendations
  • Mentor and supervise junior staff to ensure their growth and development

Requirements:

  • At least 10 years of relevant experience in technical accounting and financial reporting
  • Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent qualification
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work under pressure with tight deadlines and demanding client expectations
