As a Strategic Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by cultivating and nurturing key client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

\/ul>\Support the Senior Director in managing critical client accounts across regions.Engage with clients to uncover unmet needs or potential service gaps that could represent new opportunities.Create tailored sales materials and presentations to support upsell or renewal initiatives.Lead the development of documents for RFI and RFP responses.Help track commercial performance metrics and sales KPIs across the portfolio.Conduct research on client organization changes that could signal new opportunities.Collaborate with service line leaders on internal solutions to unmet client needs.Respond to routine client queries and escalate issues when necessary.Monitor account metrics, including SLA performance and client satisfaction.Support opportunity tracking and contribute to renewal preparation and upsell coordination.Stay abreast of industry trends and client-specific developments.
