Job Title: Senior B2B Collection Manager
Description: At Expertia AI, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior B2B Collection Manager to join our Operations team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the entire cycle of collection management, ensuring timely collections, and maintaining relationships with sales teams and clients. Your strong knowledge of billing and experience in handling bankers will be invaluable in achieving our set targets.
Responsibilities:
- Holding reconciliation with clients
- Full cycle collection management and monitoring to achieve set targets
- Internal co-ordination and conducting meeting with the Sales team for better understanding of customer outstanding
- Taking care and resolving customers concerns related to invoices
- Managing B2B partner sales of agents and corporates to ensure timely collections
- Recovery and Collection Operations Credit Control
Requirements: A Graduate degree, experience in B2B segment working in collection agency / Telecom/ Manufacturing industry, handling bankers, and generating and maintaining relationships with sales team. Location preference: Pune. Salary package: 5 LPA to 7 LPA. Currently serving notice period / 15 days. Current salary package: 3.4 LPA to 4LPA.
