Job Title: Senior Salesforce B2B Commerce Backend Developer

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce B2B Commerce Backend Developer to join our team at Globant Commerce Studio. As a Senior Salesforce B2B Commerce Backend Developer, you will be responsible for translating client requirements into technical development, designing schemas, and integrating with content management solutions and search engines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work on complex Salesforce B2B Commerce projects for large international clients.
  • Develop digital business experiences based on a foundation of Salesforce B2B Commerce.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on all website preparation and updates.
  • Assist with requirements definition, specifications, vendor selections, design, development, and timelines for key initiatives.
  • Assist with solution design based on product requirements.
  • Assist with code reviews and pull requests.
  • Diagnose and solve technical problems related to commerce implementation.
  • Define best practices to implement non-functional requirements like performance and scalability of the commerce solution.
  • Mentor and train junior development resources.

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years' experience as a Salesforce Developer (with Apex/Visual Force/Lightning).
  • Documented experience with Salesforce B2B Commerce solutions is a must.
  • Experience with and deep knowledge of integration to e.g. ERP, CRM, DAM, PIM, and other third-party integrations.
  • Data Management Experience (i.e. import/export tools such as dataloader.io, Salesforce dataloader, Jitterbit, etc.).
  • In-depth understanding of B2B Commerce Cloud architecture, data models, customizations, and extensions.
  • Good English, both written and spoken.
