Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of strategies that meet cluster objectives, working closely with senior leadership to drive growth.
  • Create actionable management information systems (MIS) to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Offer tailored financial solutions to SMEs for their asset/liability needs.
  • Promote business growth through effective collaboration with credit/risk teams and strategic sourcing.
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling in each client relationship and develop strategies to maximize profitability.
  • Mentor and manage people and teams, focusing on career development, coaching, and talent nurturing.
  • Analyze the cluster market, formulate expansion strategies, and work with product development teams to introduce new products/markets.
Requirements
  • Hold a graduate or postgraduate degree from a recognized university or top-tier business school.
  • Possess certifications like AMFI/NCFM/IRDA as an added advantage.
  • Bring 8-14 years of experience in operations, client servicing, or sales roles, preferably from a banking background.
Essential Skills
  • Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Be proficient in MS Office applications.
