Job Title:

Lead Digital Ad Sales Professional

Manage and govern the overall performance of Statements of Work (SOWs) in collaboration with Vendor Account Managers.

  • Implement day-to-day operations according to SOW requirements and Service Level Agreements (SLAs), identifying and resolving service delivery issues promptly, as well as implementing preventive measures. Oversee transitions during set up phases or expansion phases.
  • Establish the necessary infrastructure for Service Providers to perform services, including technology, financial, human resources, security, facilities, and communication resources.
  • Provide exceptional people and process management, mentorship, and career development to team members, achieving low attrition levels and high employee engagement.
  • Drive Operations teams to deliver continuous improvement and productivity/quality gains.
  • Timely flag and escalate business risks to clients.
  • Oversee the sales strategy of the business.
  • Maintain high-quality communication with clients for seamless process management.
Critical Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least 18 years of experience in contact center operations.
  • Strong B2C/B2B sales experience.
  • Digital marketing ads sales experience.
  • A dynamic leader with experience and passion for managing large and diverse teams across multiple sites in a fast-paced environment, able to handle rapid change and ambiguity.
  • Strategic thinking with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Very strong level of English, both written and verbal.
  • Adaptable and energized by a fast-paced environment.
  • University Graduate or above.
  • At least 8 years of people management experience, including managing leaders, and a strong desire to develop team members, with at least 2 years handling sales.
