Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled leader to manage a team of professionals. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

  • This is a hands-on leadership role that requires a high level of technical expertise and business acumen.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing project plans, managing budgets, and ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.

About the Role:

This is a challenging and rewarding role that offers the opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals on a variety of exciting projects.

The Manager will be responsible for leading the team by providing direction, guidance, and support to ensure that all projects are delivered to the highest standard.

The role involves a high level of autonomy, and the successful candidate will be expected to work independently, making decisions and taking ownership of their work.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. To lead and manage a team of professionals to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  2. To develop and implement project plans, including defining project scope, objectives, timelines, and budgets.
  3. To manage budgets, including tracking expenses, forecasting revenue, and making financial decisions.
  4. To ensure that all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.
  5. To provide coaching, guidance, and support to team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to deliver projects to the highest standard.
  6. To identify and mitigate risks, and to develop contingency plans as necessary.
  7. To work collaboratively with other teams and departments to achieve shared goals and objectives.
  8. To stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies, and to apply this knowledge to improve project delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, including the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • High level of technical expertise in project management, including knowledge of tools, techniques, and methodologies.
  • Ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
  • Experience of working in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently, with a high degree of autonomy.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, including the ability to think critically and creatively.
