Key Responsibilities
  • Manage 4-5 team leads independently, providing guidance and motivation to ensure outstanding performance across their teams.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and collaborate with the team to implement new initiatives.
  • Ensure seamless workflow execution by diligently following established procedures and instructions.
  • Oversee recruitment efforts, including interviewing, hiring, and training staff as required.
  • Monitor and report on key performance metrics, implementing incentive programs to drive results.
  • Develop actionable insights through data analysis and create reports to inform business decisions.
  • Optimize operating costs and resources to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Team Lead or Assistant Manager in ITES, SEO, Digital Marketing, Content, or BPO.
  • Ability to manage a team of 4-5 team leads independently.
  • Strong understanding of team management principles.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.

Education:

  • MBA/PGDM degree required.
