Studio4 is a software services company specializing in BIM based services, design automation, and AEC software sales. We are seeking an experienced business development manager to help us grow our presence in India's architecture, engineering, and construction industry.

Estimated Salary: ₹ 800,000 - ₹ 1,200,000 per annum

Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual with experience in sales or marketing of goods or services to architects and builders in Mumbai and Pune. As a business development manager, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building relationships, and growing our brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and pitch for construction projects, including BIM based services, design automation, and AEC software sales.
  • Identify potential clients and decision-makers within client organizations through research, cold calling, web meetings, and online research tools.
  • Maintain and leverage your professional network to meet potential clients.
  • Prepare meeting minutes and follow up on client requests until sale closure.
  • Ensure accurate data entry and management within our CRM system.
  • Achieve target numbers of meetings, calls, and sales conversions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree with an MBA preferred.
  • Experience of 1-3 years in sales or marketing, or 4-6 years in business development management.
  • Familiarity with software, MS Office, diagrams, and charts.
  • Excellent organizational and attention to detail skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
