We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our core management team on day-to-day activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for interacting with the management team, clients, customers, and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage CRM dashboards and navigate through them efficiently.
  • Process customer payments through multiple platforms, including POS, card readers, and merchant services.
  • Reconcile payments, identify anomalies, and rectify them.
  • Handle up to 20 calls per day and respond to customer inquiries.
  • Administer tasks for managers, prioritizing tasks as needed.
  • Read and learn new documents and procedures.
  • Manage time effectively, adhering to the UK time zone.
  • Write documents and procedures for the company.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to converse with UK customers.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks or Xero for managing utility payments and costings.
  • Ability to learn new systems and tools quickly.
  • Experience with AI and its applications.
  • Native language proficiency in Gujarati or Urdu.
  • Teamworking skills, with a can-do attitude and problem-solving approach.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to create spreadsheets in MS Excel.
