We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our core management team on day-to-day activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for interacting with the management team, clients, customers, and suppliers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage CRM dashboards and navigate through them efficiently.
- Process customer payments through multiple platforms, including POS, card readers, and merchant services.
- Reconcile payments, identify anomalies, and rectify them.
- Handle up to 20 calls per day and respond to customer inquiries.
- Administer tasks for managers, prioritizing tasks as needed.
- Read and learn new documents and procedures.
- Manage time effectively, adhering to the UK time zone.
- Write documents and procedures for the company.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to converse with UK customers.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks or Xero for managing utility payments and costings.
- Ability to learn new systems and tools quickly.
- Experience with AI and its applications.
- Native language proficiency in Gujarati or Urdu.
- Teamworking skills, with a can-do attitude and problem-solving approach.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to create spreadsheets in MS Excel.
